Illiteracy Has No Space In The Idoma Society, We Must Kick It Out!

5. Events analysis and current affairs with a global outlook.
These and many more exciting activities will form the major programs of the Otukpo Literacy society.
The Otukpo Literacy Society will be open to members of the public (in and out of school members) from the age 7 to adulthood. Membership will be classified intol cohorts, and each cohort will run independently with a facilitator whose job is basically to guide and manage activities of the group.
OLS members will embark on inter - group competitions (The live debates), win grants and use such grants to fund literacy, health and other activities that promote learning, vocational training, social interactions and healthy developments in other LGAs.
Activities of the (OLS) will be guided strictly by a workable constitution and members are expected to adhere to the laid down rules of the society.
We will welcome comments, suggestions and opinions via inbox. We are also willing to work with volunteers who are ready to devote their time to the OLS programs.
